Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
Return Request Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Return Authorization: Customers must contact our support team before returning an item and provide clear photos of any defects or sizing issues for approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped items. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind.
Carrier-Related Issues: We are not responsible for carrier-related issues such as lost or delayed shipments. However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to resolve the matter.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
Product Selection Responsibility: Product descriptions should be carefully reviewed before purchase to ensure the correct item, size, and specifications are selected.

Return Process

1. Request a Return: Contact us at support@lederhosenstyles.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
2. Approval Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
3. Return the Item: If approved, we will provide the return address, and you must ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days.

Refund & Exchange Policy

• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit card). We do not offer refunds to third-party accounts.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the total amount.
• If a product is out of stock or cannot be exchanged, we offer store credit or discount coupons for future purchases.
• Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for items showing signs of wear, washing, or alterations.

Please Note: Returns are not accepted for orders placed with multiple sizes with intention only for size comparison.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.
• Free promotional items such as Free Shirts or Free Socks.
• Items with minor color variations due to natural material processing.
• Returns of multiple sizes ordered to test fit.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed, and cancellations may not be possible.
• Large orders requiring special customization or bulk purchases may have limited cancellation options.

Important Notice for Payment Disputes

This return and refund policy is designed to ensure compliance with Stripe, PayPal, and banking regulations. By placing an order on Lederhosen Styles, you agree to these terms. Chargebacks or disputes filed with payment providers without following our return process may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
